Terms and Conditions
- Company has an option to provide a checking and repair service, for which is under warranty period (warranty period is commenced from the date of Purchase).
- This warranty does not cover any damage or loss caused by man-made, misuse, abuse, unauthorized repair, or modification etc.
- For warranty claims, please provide an official invoice, original package with all accessories, e.g., charging cable etc.
- If the product without an official invoice or out of the warranty period, checking and repair fee will be required.
- The Company shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss, claims, or contingent in connection with any defects, faults, or failure of the product.
- The inspection and repair can take about 14 working days. Customers may contact the customer service at 2677 7898.
- Please collect the product within 60 days after being notified. Otherwise, New Age Technology has the rights to handle the product without further notification.
