Online purchase frequently asked questions

A membership account is not mandatory for placing an order; you can choose to checkout as a ‘guest’.  However, we highly recommend you to create an membership account so that you can enjoy a variety of privileges. To register, please click HERE

Upon successful transaction, non-member and member will receive a confirmation email. In addition, eefit members can log into ‘My account’ and select ‘Order’ to check the status.

The order confirmation email is usually sent within one hour (of the transaction), sometimes it may be found in the spam folder of your email. If you cannot find it, please contact us.

Orders cannot be changed or cancelled after confirmation.

If your order has not been shipped yet, please contact us to change your delivery address. Once the order has been shipped, please contact the courier or delivery service provider on your own. Please refer to the order confirmation email to locate the delivery tracking ID or contact number.

The most common reason for unsuccessful order is related to credit card failure. Please check with the card issuing bank before contacting us for further assistance.

Under normal circumstances, the transaction will be processed on the day when the order is confirmed.

Once you have submitted the order, you will not be able to add items in the same order. You can create a new order to purchase new items.

Normally, your purchase will be delivered to your delivery address in 5 business days upon confirmation of your order (except for remote areas). Delivery time may be affected during holidays.

Currently, we only ship to Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and the New Territories, excluding outlying islands.

If the total order amount is HK$500 or above, the delivery fee is free.
If the total order amount is less than HK$500, a delivery fee of HK$50 will be charged.

Under normal circumstances, if the order has been submitted and paid, no refund or exchange will be accepted. If you find any problems with the product (please refer to the product exchange policy), please call us within 14 days from the date of purchase to arrange replacement.

Members can log in to ‘My Account’ and click ‘Account Details’ to change membership information.

It is recommended that the password should have at least 12 characters, including upper and lower case letters, numbers, and special symbols such as! "? $% ^ &.

If you have forgotten your password, please click ‘Forgot password’ on the ‘Login’ page, enter your user name or registration email address. You will then receive a link to reset your password.
If you need to change your password, you can log in to ‘My Account’ and click ‘Account Details’ to change your password.
